イベントご参加時の本人確認に関するご案内
Information Regarding Identity Verification for Event Participation

イベント当日は受付でご本人様確認を実施いたします。
ご参加受付にあたり確認事項がございますため、以下の内容をご確認のうえ、対象のお客様はお問い合わせフォームよりお問い合わせください。

We will be conducting identity verification at the reception on the day of the event.
Please review the details below.
If you fall under any of the conditions requiring confirmation, please contact us via the inquiry form.



１．本人確認時の確認内容／Verification Details for Identity Check

ご本人様確認の際は、「顔写真付き身分証明書」をご提示いただき、ご注文者様情報の「氏名」と「ご住所」が一致するか確認させていただきます。
お客様の「ご注文者様情報」が、「顔写真付き身分証明書に記載の情報」と一致しているかお知らせください。
※「ご注文者様情報」はご注文確認メールまたはインフォスクエア会員ページからご確認ください。

During the identity check, we will ask you to present a "photo ID" to verify that the "Name" and "Address" match the billing/purchaser information.
Please let us know whether your "Purchaser Information" matches the "information stated on your photo ID."
*Please check your "Purchaser Information" in your order confirmation email or on your infosquare member page.



２．本人確認書類について／Accepted Identity Verification Documents

本人確認時の規定として、以下の顔写真付き身分証明書を有効としております。
恐れ入りますが、当日はいずれかの身分証明書をご提示くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

According to our identity verification regulations, the following photo IDs are considered valid.
We kindly ask that you present one of these identification documents on the day of the event.


有効な顔写真付き身分証明書／Valid Photo IDs:
・マイナンバーカード／Individual Number Card(My Number Card)
・運転免許証／Driver's License
・学生証／Student ID Card
・在留カード／Residence Card (Zairyu Card)
・パスポート（住所記載が無いパスポートは不可）／Passport (Passports without an address listed are not accepted)
etc.
※いずれも期限内の原本のみ有効です。
※顔写真付き身分証明書にご住所の記載が無い場合は、ご登録住所が確認できる身分証明書（または公的書類）を別途ご持参いただく必要がございます。
※住所証明書類は海外発行の身分証明書（または公的書類）も有効です。

*Only original documents within their expiration date are valid.
*If your photo ID does not list your current address, you must bring a separate piece of identification (or official document) that can verify your registered address.
*For proof of address, identification (or official documents) issued overseas are also valid.


恐れ入りますが、ご本人様確認が成立しない場合、イベントへのご参加をお断りさせていただく可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
